  1. Of course it's growing in dark and the hair on my head is pretty white/grey, it's now long enough to tell if it's going to be curly or not, I'll be happy with any color but not happy with this face hair. I'm hearing it's hormonal and that it will go away other people are telling me to go get it waxed. I sure would never shave it, I use to own a beauty supply store and I've seen to many people that made that mistake. I'm going to wait and see for awhile.
  2. My hair is growing back now, eye brows are back, under arm hair, hair on my legs but what is with this hair growing on my face, I guess that's ok if your a guy but this is not for me, my husband is real funny says he could get me a job in a circus. Has anyone else have this problem with too much hair growing places it doesn't belong????????
  3. I had the right center section of lung removed in Dec 2006. Then went on to have 4 sessions of carbo/taxol. Had PET scan May 13th and it came back normal. I'm on a 3 month watch now. It has been such an experience that no know can understand unless you've been there and done that, I will live with the thought of hoping that it doesn't come back for I don't know how long but know that I will try my best to enjoy each and every day. This is a great site and I look forward to reading what others have to say. Bless all of you. Donna
  4. I didn't get one last year, I was due for one before the lung surgery and that was 4 months ago, I have no idea when I'm going to get one because my boob still is very sore from the surgery, I read what the other post said about how painful it is after the surgery and it seems it takes a very long time before you stop hurting, I have no idea, it doesn't run in my family and I'm not worried about it right now, I don't do self exam. either, lc is enough to worry about right now. Donna
  5. My cough has gone away, could be the healing or could be just this time of year. I had my last 2 chemo cycles and had a cat scan that showed that the spot on my lung was gone so oncologist feels that it probably was cancer and I have to do 2 more (total of 6) chemo cycles, wow I was wishing I was done but better safe than sorry. Thanks for all of your responds, you guys are great. Donna
  6. I had right middle lobe removed 12/19/06 and while I was on pain meds no cough now that I'm off the pain meds I have this cough that none of the doctors seem concerned about but it drives me crazy, I don't cough at night or while I'm lying down resting. I don't cough anything up its just a dry cough. Had the same cough before surgery?????? Maybe it's from the chemo carbo/taxol Ive had 2 treatments and 2 more to go and then some tests to see if I need 2 more + radiation. Hope someone has had the same problem and has some answers for me. Let me know. Donna
