washashore
It has been 15 months since I had a right lung lobectomy. Occasionally I get a swelling under my arm in the area of the incision. It feels like I have a football under my arm. There is no pain involved. I am just curious if anyone else has had this problem.
bjacksontex
I had a right lower lobectomy about 4 months ago. Get into your surgeon immediately. That's not normal. Is it hot to touch? I'm no doctor, but you really need to contact his office Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk CindyA
Tom Galli
Richard, Welcome. I'm not a doctor but I believe Barb Jackson's advice is good. See your surgeon as soon as possible. Swelling for a week to 10 days is expected but not after. Something else is going on and it should be promptly checked. Stay the course.
