I don't find my self smiling much anymore, but I am really trying. Stories like yours give myself and others hope. Coming here every morning before work, really helps start off my day. In my case, it had to have been those 6 days of morphine; either that or there was a slip of the knife and the lobectomy accidentally included a partial lobotomy.
