Prayers will be sent, wow what a story, being my second round of cancer that is very promising for me. Thank you so much for sharing, now go win the fight again.

Sorry you have to be here, your sister is lucky to have you. I was told if surgery is possible that is a good thing. I have a friend who is going on her 7th year and her tumor was the size of a grapefruit when found. And that was her second bout with cancer. She is doing wonderful. Tell her not to give up and to read some of the post on this site, it really will help her deal a bit better.

For me and test times I seem to hum and sing in my mind, Doris Day "K sara sara what ever will be will be the futures not ours to see K sara sara" And when I get the report I wanted it's Margaritaville Jimmy Buffet.

Don, you said a mouthful when you said we live our lifes 3 months at a time. Don't be discouraged you are one of the strongest people, and we need you to keep on fighting. You have always been there for me answering and reassuring me and I hope in some way I can reassure you that this STUPID disease can be beaten again...

Geri, for me I think it was a reality check, sure we know we have cancer but when the hair falls out and we pass a mirror it is a reminder that even though we feel good (before treatments aches and pains emerge) we are reminded that, Hey this is for real and I avoided mirrors for along time, but then it was like bald is beautiful, and as stated above it is our look of courage. Hold that head up high.
