    Hi folks, me again. GP visited today, told me it is not a good sign that this is happening. Told me to prepare for the worst really. Hospice to be contacted. Thank you everyone who has replied it is wonderful to know there is somebody out there I can talk to. I have read your profiles at the end of all your messages. You really do sound like a very brave set of people.

    Thanks for reply patuk and ellack2 its real nice to know that other people are there. I don't think people really understand until they go through it. Got a lot of hospital appt to go to this week to see if they are going to offer dad chemo. Bev

    Hi my name is Bev I live in England, and my dad has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer in the left lung. It is in its advanced stages. I lost my mum to Pancreatic Cancer this Feb, she fought the disease for 2 1/2 years. This was a dreadul time. Dad seems to be declining rapidly. Dreadful night with him last night, due to him coughing and vomiting blood. Anybody else had this problem. Bev
