Ty my scan is today and I am nervous.So much cancer in my family. Do you know when a nodule should be biopsied?

6 months ago i had a ct cause they thought i had pnemonia that just wouldnt go away well i have nodules (non calcified)in lungs both left and right ranging from 2 to 7 mm and some opacities and other stuff plus 2 lymphnodes in chest that are 8 and 9 mm.Should i worry that its just a wait game.I have 2nd ct tomorrow but breathing is worse and now my pth is high low vit d again and calcium is fine and potassium is a little low

Hi 6 months ago i went through pnemonia for 4 months would not go away did a cat scan and they found a few nodules in left lung ranging from 2 to 6 mm in sizes right lung upper 7mm middle 4mm and lower 6 mm.I have a scan again tomorrow.Breathing has gotton worse pain not stabbing but there in chest and now pth is high vit d low and calcium is fine. any thoughts on this
