  1. 1) https://ccr.cancer.gov/ 2) http://clinicaltrials.gov/ 3) http://www.centerwatch.com/ and a new one from Stemcell research http://www.closerlookatstemcells.org/ Many folks are scared of trying clinical trials. think they are guineau pigs basicaly . theya re not . people that are eligible should be thought of as PIoneers in cancer research. the bigest problem is that in Lung cancer it is often found too late too be leigible for Trials.. Lung cancer has to be caught early on to be eligible for Trials. So the better the early detection programs are the better the chance for being availabe for a trial... These are jsut s few available links to Trials of course. there are also many more available through local ONcologists and Dovtors and local trial groups in YOUR area!!! If your in a trial please post up and sharee with us. If I can help with anything please PM me or post up and wil see what I can do to help out with research!!!

    euthanasia

For terminal patients.. what are peoples thoughts??? Do you believe in giving up the fight??? or is it going out on your terms?? How do you know if it is right or wrong thing to do?? all the talk lately has me thinking bout this.. Something my late wife sdaid was I will never quit fighting to live another day but if I see the light I am going towards it andI believe that was what she did... her last words were I love you and will see you tomorrow... there was no good bye... I just have hard time with it personally.....
  5. Is she getting any steroids to help with anything??? Do you keep a note book for notes of these things also? is good idea and also helps at Doctors appoiontment time also.. The transfusion will help.. the red blood cells are getting ahrder to make bacuase of cancer and that is where the energy comes from... the white blood cells are the infection fighting blood cells and also need to be monitored... if they get too low then a cold can be a death sentence so make sure they are also monitored as well.. My late wife had good and bad days. never had chem and radiation at same time though. she went through radiation treatment without chemo and had the energy to repaint the inside of our small house... she was home andI was working so worked perfectly for us... Best wishes and please keep us posted on things or if you need anything. I am in and out several times a day!!!
