    Hey Larry, my grandma is positive for BRAF mutation as well. She has also PD-L1 at 90 %. We started with dabrafenib and trametinib (Mekinist, Tafinlar), so with the BRAf mutaion. So far it works. How is it going with the Keytruda? Does it work so far? Sorry for my english im not native speaker. Nice Greetings Kaja
