I see that you are using Topamax for migraines. I have Cluster Headaches and for years verapamil worked then it didn't. Tried Lithium but side effects not worth it. So I'm all abortive now. Imetrix shots and Pred Taper. I have a good Neurologist in the sense she writes the scripts but not in the sense she understands the condition. I know Topomax has been used for Cluster headaches.

If you migraines are "normal" please disregard. If they are cluster please respond back to me.
