Interested in any new developments that will support me in living with stage 4 lung cancer . I am 70 years old and a patient at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton, Surrey. I am still trying to get used to my diagnosis which came as a tremendous shock. I was started on Afatanib but it stopped working within the first year. I had radiotherapy which reduced the size of the main tumour and then in early 2021 I have had 4 rounds of chemotherapy and at the same time was started on immunotherapy. I have a CT scan booked on 26th August. I will do what I can to keep living with this cancer.
