  3. Hey Friends, I just got back from Florida and a meeting with OSI pharmaceuticals. I gave a brief presentation (my story) to their national sales team, clinical researchers, national staff. It was an amazing event!!! They were all so receptive and very interested in how I was doing with Tarceva along with handling all of the side effects. The highlight for me was being able to meet one of the actual scientists who develped Tarceva. He was sooooo sweet and said that I could call him anytime. I was so very impressed with OSI and their true concern for people dealing with this disease. Just wanted to share!! Love ya, Jamie

  6. Hey Guys! We are okay here.. Sorry, I have been out of state and just got home. I was extremely worried about my family cause the tornado hit the Hickory Mall about 4 miles from our house. All is well and I am so sorry for the delayed response. My sister lives in Arkansas and they were hit very hard. Towns totally wiped out...Soo sad!! I'm keeping all those families in my prayers... God Bless

  19. I need your stories in orginal or updated form. At the Playing for a cure event, we post stories throughout the hallways for the kids to read. Promoting empathy and awareness towards the disease as well honoring the survivors. I would love to use your story...send me a note to give me the go-ahead if it is already on the site. Otherwise, let me know and I can give you my e-mail. I would also love to have a picture accompanying the story...then the kids can see the real person behind the story. Thanks and God Bless!!!!
