  1. Grace, I feel so for you and your family. I wish that something magical could happen that could take away all the pain you are feeling. Your posts are so honest and I appreciate that. Please know that your decisions are the right ones because you are doing what you think is best for your husband. Try to cherish these last weeks with him as they are so very important. Warmly, Amanda
  2. I feel so- ??? I can't even think of the right word. I just want to let you know that I am thinking of you and your husband and wish you both strengh.
  3. According to the Doctor, a cancer patient in my dad's stage is already in a wheelchair. My dad is not, but now because the dr. has said this, I keep thinking the time is near for my dad. He just had a CAT scan of his lungs and one of his neck on Wednesday, and next Wednesday we meet with the Dr. to go over the results. I feel like I need to be equipped with some questions for the Dr. but at this point I'm not sure what to ask. I'm not sure if anyone has any advise, and I honestly think I'm venting at this point because I am very upset. Thanks for listening.

    Altima

My Dad has had two rounds of Altima and experiencing extreme fatigue. Is this normal? Any suggestions on meds that might perk him up? He was on Decadron for a while, but unfortunatly that made his mood fairly nasty.
