    Brain Mets!

Positive thoughts for you Ned! You are a true hero and have been such an inspiration. I know you can beat this.
  2. Ned, I hope the knee swelling is under control and getting better!
  3. Hi Ned, I haven't posted here in ages, but I do check in often and try to keep up on how everyone's doing. This log is a good idea and I think it will be helpful to others. I hope the Alimta works out well for you and stops those nodules! I wish you all the best.

    The Dash

That was very moving - thanks for sharing. Here is another inspirational video. I thinks it's been posted before, but worth another look. http://www.theinterviewwithgod.com/viewmovie.html

    Photo posting

Hi Ernie, I posted a brief explanation of how to use Photobucket a while back. Click here to read that post > posting pictures There are other good sites out there; this is just the one I use.
  6. How is your Dad doing today? I hope now that his fever is gone, that his body isn't fighting whatever was causing it, and he can regain some strength and start feeling better. Soon!

    This is a test

Looks good; hardly takes up any space at all! I wish you well as you go through your treatments.

You are almost there, jaminkw! The problem is that you have sixe in your first tag instead of size.

You will need to put size "tags" around your profile to make the font smaller. To do this type at the beginning of your profile and [/size ] at the end. Don't leave any space before the last brackets - I had to do that so it would show up in this post. Size 9 is the size of the font in my profile. The smaller the number, the smaller the font. Hope that made sense.
  10. Hi Dar, You need to have an account at a photo hosting site, like http://photobucket.com/ for example. It's free and easy. Just upload from your computer then copy and paste the IMG Code (under the picture you want to post) in your reply here.
  11. I'm so sorry for your loss blueeye. We just lost our lab last month and a day doesn't go by that I don't shed a tear for him, but the terrible sadness that I felt those first days are being replaced with happy memories and it does get easier. Gail, thank you for sharing those websites. Here is one more about the Rainbow Bridge - I'll warn you though, it's hard to watch and keep a dry eye. http://www.indigo.org/rainbowbridge_ver2.html Blueeye, we understand what you are going through.
  12. I'm glad to hear the surgery was successful and will be praying for a safe and uneventful recovery for Connie.
  13. I agree with Muriel. I'd call the doctor and tell them about the fever. Better to get it checked out early. Best wishes for your dad through his treatments.
  14. Betty Near Tacoma, Washington I don't post a lot, but visit here every day. I have two kids (son started college this year and daughter in high school). Three dogs, two cats, two rabbits rescued from the back yard, and several aquariums full of African cichlids keep me busy! Ann, when my dad first retired from the Air Force, we lived in Palm Bay for a while. I loved it there.
