I'm sorry, Laurie.
Our Christmas was pretty nice. The grandbabies arrived at 7 am. The littlest one had been awake so long, that he was staggering around like he'd been having too much "Christmas Punch"!
The kids made it very, very fun. Don't know what I'd do without them.

Nooooo, I'm a "quickie" (there's your guy, Maryanne), wrapper.
Slightly sloppy, too much tape, and jagged edges!!!! I'm mostly wrapping for kids though, so as long as it has their name on the tag, they don't care about "pretty"!!!
Have you ever been a vegetarian?

Going for a LONG walk in the woods.....But you will have to bundle up, whereas I have to put mosquito repellent on.
Sometime the only way to "de-stress" my mind, is to get out of the house. Being outside always helps.
About how many gifts did you buy this year?

"Uplifting" thoughts for Nyka this morning.

Missing Him
in GRIEF
Wishing happiness and comfort for my best "New Yawka" girl this morning. (Harry had to tell me how to pronounce and spell that correctly).
I have that Bread album in my closet. Good song.
I wish I had a magic wand to "poof away" all of your sorrow.
Know that I'm holding your hand long distance.

Poor and happy! I've had more experience in that area!!!!
If you could make one Christmas wish come true today, what would it be?
-
That's a good one to get your aggressions out on! I shook those poor little snow globe people all over the place!!!!!

How about "able to pay my bills, and not so beautiful"?
Money doesn't make me happy. I look at it as a necessary evil.
Tonight is Christmas Eve! Have you been naughty or nice this year?

Thanks Maryanne,
It's probably all the Beanut Putter and Warvey Hallbanger's I've been feeding him!
-
Thanks Katie and Starr,
Starr, maybe you can join Liz13, Eileen, myself and a few of the other "girls" from the Bay area for lunch sometime. I missed the last one because of school, so I'm making sure I get to go to the next!
I'm hoping the weather stays nice for our next get-together, so we can have a picnic at the park that is near Moffit Cancer Center.
It's nice to meet you.

Thanks for sharing our happiness.
I'm sure the good results were caused by all of the positive thoughts and prayers that were being sent up for Harry!
He now brags that he has an empty head, and naked bones!
Now to find out what is causing the continued pain.?.. The saga continues, but not until AFTER Christmas, when he gets his CT scan in January.
Thanks everyone.
Merry Christmas.

X-Rated video, for Maryanne and Tom.... (Tom Collins, who just happens to be Warvey Hallbanger's brother.. they own a Beanut Putter business... very well known family.) ..
Or.....
Xylaphone music, to dance to.

I finished last night! Hurray!
How many children do you have?
-
Tom Collins..... (The drink, not the guy that Maryanne "met" ).
-
That's hilarious!!!!! (About the truth now-a-days too)
I have noticed that there are more cashiers, etc., saying "Merry Christmas" this year though, which is nice.

I'm so sorry.
I hope the etopocide pill works for him, with no bad side effects.
It isn't fair that the cancer seems to be gone, then comes back again. It's like living in a never-ending nightmare.
Saying prayers for you guys.

A 1998 Toyota .
It's starting to show it's age ~ (like me!), but runs like a charm.
What's your favorite Christmas movie?
-
That's a nice thing to have happen.

I would interview my G-G-G-Grandma, (on my father's side), and My G-G-Grandma on my mother's side. They were both Indian women. I think it would be neat to hear all about their lives and the memories of when they were little girls, etc.
Speaking of genealogy....
How far back have you traced your family tree?

Hoping the radiation gets rid of all the pain.
Take care of each other,

Amen to that!
I'm so thankful for "today", and so grateful that yesterday turned out like it did.
Continued prayers for Connie.
Thank you all,

Pencil for crossword puzzles, and New Mexico! (Pretty people, beautiful sunsets)!
If you won a million dollars, what would be the first thing you would do with some of it?

I posted our good news in the test and update section!
Yayyyy!
Thanks for the prayers and good thoughts!

Hi Teresa,
I was happy to read that your Dad's tumor is smaller then the doctor said it was . Maybe it will just keep shrinking and next time it will be totally GONE!
I too, thought that Harry would get sick after the first "drip" of chemo entered his body... I didn't know anything about it. I'd never been close to anyone that had been thru chemo.
Thankfully, he had a very nice nurse the first time, and when I asked her about it, she told me that some people sail right thru , with not many ill effects at all. She said it was very rare for anyone to get sick while getting the infusion. (Unless they were allergic to it).
Harry's worst days were always the 4th, 5th and 6th days after the infusion. (Not saying that will happen to your dad though ~~ everyone seems to react so differently).
I'm curious to see what they tell your Mom when she questions them about the unmentioned change in size of your dad's cancer.
Take care of yourself,
Nova
