I asked his surgeon if it was anywhere else & he said they didnt see anything anywhere else. So I assumed that they had looked at his brain also. Now I'm wondering if they did. No, he hasent had an MRI. Just the ct & PET. I'll try to call 1 of his Dr.s today, but it being sat. dont know if I can get anyone. Thanks for setting me on the right track.

Jimmy has been freezing for about 5 days. He usually sweats when the temp reaches about 55. I know that the bodies temp. regulaters are in the brain. His PET showed nothing there on the 17th. Could it have gotten there in this short of time or could this be from his weight loss? It really worries me. Does anyone have any ideas on this or experienced this?

Hi, my name is Charlotte. My husband, Jimmy, was just dx'd with pancoast tumor. He thought he had a pulled muscle. The past 3 weeks have been terrible. The news we got today was good & bad. He cant have surgury right now, its to large. But there isnt any node involvement according to the PET scan. Well, I dont know what else to say right now. Still in shock. So I will go for now..
