  1. Hi Richard, Are you referring to CEA cancer markers? If so, the drop is very good. As to what is normal range, it is 0-2.5 for non-smokers and 2.5-5.0 for smokers. At least that's the one my onc uses for nsclc. But one thing you need to keep in mind is that not all oncologist rely on or even believe in CEA markers. Some believe they are unreliable because they can change due to other causes than cancer. At any rate, yours dropping is a good sign. God Bless
