Hi Charlie, I am so glad to hear you are doing well on the Alimta! I am also on Alimta...I go for my third treatment tomorrow, and I have also tolerated it well, with just a bit of a rash, fatigue and nausea for about a week after each treatment. Nothing that Compazine can't take care of! I haven't posted on these boards in along time, but I hope to be more active on here now. Good luck with your treatments! Prayers and hugs, Shauna

Hi, I signed up about a month ago but am finally introducing myself. I am 25 and have stage 4 NSCLC. I just completed 6 treatments of Taxol and Carboplatin and have been taking Iressa for almost 3 weeks, as my primary tumor is still the same size. The cancer is also in my lymph nodes and my sacrum (near the tailbone). Fortunately, the PET scan shows about 1/3 less uptake in those areas. I'm not exactly sure what that means, but I'm told it's somewhat good news. Debi suggested I come to check out this site and I'm sure glad I did.
