  1. Cheryl, You and all my fabulous cousins are in my prayers every day. Read David's posts, look at his pictures, and share his stories with his boys and his wife. And weep. The wounds will heal over time. Love, Marj
  2. Greetings, all. I'm one of David A's cousins, and learned of this site today from one of his siblings. We are all still reeling with grief over his death. However, the celebration we had of his life last week was wonderful. The priest gave a wonderful eulogy for David, acknowledging his courage and his determination to LIVE with cancer rather than to die with it. Reading his posts on this site and your responses to them makes it even clearer how fiercely he wanted to live and to help others live. I believe his spirit remains with those of us who loved him whether or not we can see, hear, or touch him. In the words of some wise person (wise *ss?), cancer SUCKS. Keep supporting each other!
