  1. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 and was scared to death. I thought it was over and was completely determined to quit smoking and eat healthy and exercise regularly. I had no problem eating healthy and exercising regularly. But I just could not quit smoking. My family was disappointed in me, everyone seemed to be supportive, but I really ticked some people off when they caught me smoking. I get it though, I understand. I started trying different things. After many discussions on the subject, I found that different things work for different people. I'd recommend some sort of electronic cigarette. For me, it seemed to work better than the patch and better than the gum and I was really surprised with how well it actually worked. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 and was scared to death. I had tried nicorette patches and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicotine_gum nicotine gum a few times, and the gum could get me through, what id call "building of a craving". You know when you're stuck inside and you're just dying to get out and smoke a cigarette? Yeah, that. Id suggest trying all of these methods, but for me it was so clearly easier for me to use the e-cigs and e-liquids that id say, start with that maybe.
