Justakid
I went to pulminary rehab today and they were going to do a 6 minute walk on me, we couldn't do it because my heart rate was at 140 beats per minute. That was when I was at rest. Is it possible for your heart rate to increase during or after treatment? Is this normal? I'm only 37 and wouldn't think that I would have heart problems, I'm not overly stressed, in fact was looking forward to rehab so I can get back on track! Of course now I'm stressed about it. See my Oncologist on the 30th and was going to ask about it then. Thanks for you reply! THANKS ANYWAY, I ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL FOR THE RAPID HEART BEAT. NO PULMONARY EMBOLISM, ECOCARDIOGRAM IS OK, THYROID IS OFF A LITTLE. STARTED BETA BLOCKERS TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING CALMED DOWN, THEN WILL WORK ON THE THYROID. IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING!
