Alternative methods of pain control on the rise

I have used many forms of these methods and I have been given relief on many occasions.

The latest technique that I have learned is biofeedback that was taught to me by a clinical psychologist at the hospital. It really did help to cope with the pain and helped to stop the cycle of pain. The mind is powerful.
