I can't even imagine how much you will miss her. I am so close to my sisters that I would be devastated if something happened to them. slinaresholz Posted February 19, 2005 Share Posted February 19, 2005 I was very sorry to hear about your sister. I guess when the cancer goes to the liver, it is very dangerous. My Mom died of cancer of the gall bladder that had spread to the liver. They surgically removed her gall bladder and a portion of the liver. She went for chemo. She only lived about a year after her surgery. She was only 62. I remember how terrible it was when she died, then my 26 year old sister died suddenly seven months later.
