gail
80% of all lumps are benign. Remember, for peace of mind, you can always take your films to a breast surgeon for an opinion, even if the mammo place says it's fine. A good surgeon will not mind that. Please let us know. gail
Treebywater
Prayers said. I found a lump a few weeks ago myself... Was rather disconcerted by it. Doc. said it was no big deal (and I will check with another doctor when I am geographically somewhere else, because I want to!). I know that is scary. ((((hugs)))) to you. gail p-m
Prayers being sent out for you. As others have said, there are many mammogram scares -- my sister just had one this past summer. It turned out well and hoping really hard that yours turns out well too.. Gail p-m

marion
As the others stated, more than likely just something to scare you; but if not, I have a 81 year old sister that had breast cancer when she was 38 and had no more recurrances of any kind. We will all pray for you.Marion
