Oops! Sorry gang! I forgot to do this yesterday. You can tell I don't have anything to brag about or I would have posted this first thing yesterday. LOL! Although I don't have good news, I'm sure some of you do, so let's hear how many of those pounds came off in February!!!!

I was really hoping you were going to forget this month Peggy. Well, I have not lost much more from the Sount Beach diet. I did lose one more pound since your last meeting, so at least I didn't gain. I haven't had a baked potato in so long I am dreaming about them. :)

This is a good healthy easy to follow diet if you're looking for one. My office person lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

Hey, Frank, if you would kill for a chocolate doughnut, maybe we could benefit each other...muahahaha....

I haven't gained, and due to the thyroid issue, that IS good news, it's like losing eight pounds! C'mon SPRING, when exercise can be FUN and not just work!

OK, I'm slinking in...I've been ba-----ad. Suddenly developed a snacking habit that I didn't have before, and with all those goodies in the house (to get Len to eat, the skinny thing), I just find myself taking a little here, a little there...and so goes the diet.

But, ok, I'm going to get back onto it. Modified South Beach style -- healthy, easy, not too restrictive (but, yes, I do like baked potatoes). Still, it works and I'm going to be good again. I promise.

Maybe by next month I'll get the courage to get back on the scale...

There is nothing like a trip thru South Miami Beach on your way to Key West to get you motivated to go on "that" diet....as soon as vacation is over. Well it is over and I guess I am going to finally :roll: do it! Count me in. Motivation is key here, no pun intended. 8)
