The biggest opposition is coming from the Restaurant Association. Please take a minute to e-mail in support of the upcoming legislation. It's worked well in the city I live in (Ottawa, Canada) and even the opposition to the ban has decreased - people will continue to go out to eat and drink after all. Best of luck getting it through! We can attest to the fact that when people don't feel like cooking dinner they will go out to the restaurant of their choice.....even if they can't smoke with their after dinner coffee.
