Leslie221
Thanks, Alisa. I love berries anyway, so would eat them just for fun. However, I live in the rural boonies where produce should abound, but doesn't. Any kind of fresh berry costs an arm and a leg here! I have also read the blueberries have great antioxidant qualities and have been eating a couple of tablespoons a day with morning cereal. I've found that frozen Dole brand blueberries are affordable and delicious. I fill a small jar (or cleaned out margarine tub) with blueberries and keep them in the fridge, so they aren't frozen when I want to eat them. The big frozen bag stays in the freezer. They last a long time and are really yummy! Leslie
Lisa O
I buy them frozen and throw them into protein shakes. I sweetens them and serves as "ice" without watering them down! Thanks for the article.
