I allow the fear/tears/angst for a short period of time....and then I leap over it and lock on something positive. It's a choice...a decision. I decide NOT to be fearful, tearful or anxious...because it's not a comfortable state of being.

If all else fails...I just ignore the negative feelings (again, this being a CHOICE) and focus on happier thoughts because in the long run, I feel I do better without using up my energy on negatives.

Counting my blessings always helps too!
