Well, got the CT results today and it wasn't great. Still no signs of one tumor, another showed NO growth, but a third has reappeared in a Lymph Node. I am scheduled to restart Chemo next Tues :(

Could have been worse, will take a few days to absorb the setback and get my chin back up...but I will!!! 8)

I have been following your progress and was so so disappointed to hear the news. There is an arsenal of treatments and you must find the right ones.

Best wishes

Well, that just you-know-what's. I'm so sorry but it's just a lymph node. Take care of it with the chemo and get back to nerd-dom! Are they going to do any radiation?

Let us know how the chemo goes....

Jim...I know this isn't the news you wanted to hear but to echo others, it could have been worse. Just slip on those boxing gloves and get ready to fight another round!!!

Jim,

Here's hoping the Gemzar and Carbo will do the trick, again. Keep on a fishin' and truckin. Great attitude which is no surprise. Take care and God Bless.

Sorry to hear the news. I hope you get the great results you have had in the past with your treatments. You have a wonderful attitude and I feel staying positive really helps. You are an inspiration to all. Best of luck.

Jim,

We'll just have to keep knocking the Beast back into it's cave, until such time as the docs come up with a way to rid us of it.

Take the time to adjust to the news, then come out swinging...

Jim,

This is the pits. One lymph node can cause a real ruckus at the oncologist's office. You have done so well so far and I feel sure you can handle anything they throw at you this time. I will be praying it is the magic bullet this time.

Hi Jim,

Dam- not the news you wanted to hear. But hey, you will get through this.

Like Ann said, put on those gloves and start fighting. Keep that positive attitude going.

Zap that bugger away..

Jim-

The news made me head for a calorie-laden snack! I'm pullin' for you and counting on the latest chemo to hold off the demon longer. Hugs.
