I bet they are. If the rates continue to increase among never smokers (the fact of which is in contradiction to what the ACS stated in this article) the ACS is going to have to live down the fact that their role in development of public policy towards those with Lung Cancer contributed to the deaths of hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people over the past decade.
