Less than $5 for shipping media mail rate....... (I DO have an agenda here) I am engulfed in a 6ft. wall of boxes FULL of these notebooks!!!! and my husband is complaining!! Nancy B
Katie, received mine yesterday. My gosh, what a big job sending those out. They look like they are full of really good information. Please let me know if you need any help with postage. Thanks, Nancy B
Ry
We got ours yesterday. What a great job they did on these, very nice! Media postage was only about $3.00 so order and help Katie clear out her living room. If you are a new person these are wonderful for keeping all your tests etc in. I really wish we'd had one at the beginning of this journey.

KatieB
P.S> LAF sends these out via UPS, so their shipping is higher than ours, (regular mail). LCSC is shipping them to YOU at media mail USPS rates. SO, not only are you getting a FREE notebook, LCSC is essentially eating the $1.80 price difference between their shipping to you and our shipping to you. So no excuses, get your FREE notebook today! rmm17
What exactly are they?
Ry
They are a tabbed notebook with survivor tools and a tab for all your medical reports, history etc. So you include all your medications, report copies, and basically you set it up so it is a useful tool designed for you. A place to have all the stuff you need all together. It has survivor stories, a place for your personal summary, treatment summary, personal records, and tons of useful information included inside on health treatment. There is also a form to order more information to go in your book so you can set it up with information geared towards your type of cancer and what you need. Hope that helps Rochelle
