I love carbs - any kind. However I have to limit them as I have a problem w/ breaking them down. Right now I'm on a plan w/ only 2 carbs per day - 1 is either an English Muffin or Eggo Low Fat Waffles (2).

But I'm doing well. So far down about 25 lbs in the last 4-5 months. Only 25 (yeah right) more to go so they say.

This is SO HARD -

1. Italian Anything

2. More Italian Anything

3. If Italian is gone, ask why, then move on --

4. Eat beef, eat beef, it's a mighty good food,

eat beef, eat beef, it's good for you!!!!

5. Chinese Wonton Soup! Yeah for Pot Stickers!

6. Bulgogi (Korean BBQ - close to heaven!)

7. Roast Beef, Mashed potatoes (real, of couse) gravy and real string beans.

* Oh I could go on and on and on..........

No wonder I'm so fat. I love food!!!!!!!!!! So What!

Desert -

Seven Layer Chocolate Cake or Real Cheese Cake!!!

I now have a belly ache!
