As far as emotions go both my wife and I started Celexa in the beginning to help with this but mostly we placed our faith in the Lord and let him handle this area. The saddness and the worrying must be channeled to positive emotions as best you can. You must believe each waking minute that the Lord will take care of you regardless of the outcome. Faith is all we have at this point in our life so make it positive. My wife even joked with me that I can't take the credit cards with me to heaven so I stayed to use them here. LOL.
