My mom has lost 20 lbs in about three months... she now drinks the 350 calorie Ensures throughout the day...we treat it just like medication. And I must agree ICE CREAM...especially a good Ben and Jerry's will throw weight on quickly...now if I would just stop using my pregnancy and my mom's situation to eat it along with her! Posted November 13, 2005 Share Posted November 13, 2005 Good news Bruce, Eat and eat more, if you are like me the more I eat the skinnier I get, no reason for it at all and I have been checked continously for it since December 2003, what I found that helps me a bit is to have five good meals a day instead of three and that way I have five desserts a day.
