Nov 5 is Guy Fawlkes day, fireworks are let off and a "Guy" (kind of like a scarecrow) is burnt on a bonfire to symbolize this mans failure to blow up the Houses of Parliment (The Gunpowder Plot). From now on us 'colonials' will adopt the celebration at your pub in your honor. Does that sound regal enough or do I need to get Queen Addie to make the formal proclamation.
