Hi Cyndy

I see like mine and Ann's your aniversary day is comming up soon. I know that will be very hard for you. Mine is today and it just doesn't seem to get easier. Just take a deep breath and hold on as that day approaches you will get through it. In fact as soon as the hour of Johnny's death passed I started getting better.

Your husband sounds a lot like my Johnny. He was always telling me that I need to slow down and enjoy the simple things of life. He molded me and is so much a part of who I am. I think you can understand that.

If things get too rough in the next few weeks feel free to pm me. I don't know if I can really help but I sure can cry with you. Best of luck. Lillian

I know I'm kinda late on posting, but I just wanted to say that my mom gave the bestest hugs that just made sure you knew you were loved. I could loose myself in them, and at times, even as an adult, just ask her to hold me tight and never let go. She always did, until it was time to start dinner. That was also something she was great at! That great Eastern Kentucky cooking! I would love to have some of her green beans and potatoes with onions and bacon grease! I know that's bad for my ticker, but man! Was that good eatin!! No one could ever say one of her kids were under fed!! And last, but not least she was a good listener. She always knew when to let me talk and when to make me shut up!

Here's to you mom, you'd be telling me to shut up about right now, so I will!
