DianeFox
I was reading an article on a test study at mayo clinic using cryoblation to treat bone mets....it sounded like freezing vrs. radio-frequency ablation which uses heat...has anyone out there had this treatment for bone mets? The article said that the treatment has less side effects than radiation and a better reponse. Just wondering. We're going to ask Bob's oncologist at our next appointment but wanted to gather as much info as possible since Bob's bone scan is almost completely lit up and he is having alot of neck pain. Thanks, Diane
