skin pigmentation lately on my mom seems to be either a yellowish or grey tinge is this a normal occurrence or should we start being concerned about her liver?

I agree with Val, had that problem (entire body) when I was first (one of several symptoms) diagnosed with lung cancer. Had to go for a liver test etc. As it turned out my liver was fine. Never really found out why it turned yellow and it did go away on it's own. Please call the on-call/after hours oncologists number or PCP to at least let them know, see what they say etc. Hope this helps.
