teresag Posted August 16, 2003 Share Posted August 16, 2003 They are settiling for real money: "Consumers who had no form of public or private insurance and paid for the entire cost of treatment out-of-pocket, will be paid $438.00 for each documented infusion treatment of the drug. Consumers who paid only some portion or percentage of the cost of treatment out-of-pocket will receive one maximum payment of $525.00. This maximum payment applies regardless of the number of treatments or infusions received.
