teresag Posted August 16, 2003 Posted August 16, 2003 They are settiling for real money: "Consumers who had no form of public or private insurance and paid for the entire cost of treatment out-of-pocket, will be paid $438.00 for each documented infusion treatment of the drug. Consumers who paid only some portion or percentage of the cost of treatment out-of-pocket will receive one maximum payment of $525.00. This maximum payment applies regardless of the number of treatments or infusions received. These dollar amounts could be lower depending on the number of claims received, and the amounts approved by the Court.? Quote
