SSF Posted February 4, 2006 Share Posted February 4, 2006 Hi Chuck, I'm with the go for surgery group - My wish for my husband is that the tumour can get reduced, and he can get it surgerically removed - we want it out of his body! All the research I've done says if you can get the cancer removed, and follow up with chemo, your survival rate increases greatly. You have an opportunity that you should take advantage of. My husband had chemo and radiation first to reduce the size of the tumors so that it was operable. So far the MRI's and CAT scan are still clear.
