eppie Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 It's about time! Everyday for the last week I call up and hear good things! Friday he had turkey and dressing and chocolate cake. Sat, he had popcorn! (His favorite all time food which he had not had since he was dx'd) Dad cheerfully answered the phone on Sunday and told me he was feeling great! He went out to eat on Monday---Red Lobster and ate! He Ate! All his favorites: lobster, shrimp scampi, fried shrimp. Yesterday he drove himself to the bank and bought his own lottery tickets. He's still receiving chemo....I think last week was transfused with the blessed blood of a U of H linebacker! Hallelulia! Thats all I can say about that. cindi o'h Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 Always good to hear the eating news..! Today I had a Subway chipoltle cheese steak sandwich with onions, tomato and pepper jack cheese. AND a roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy.. (I think it's a midwest thing where they put the gravy on top of the hot beef sandwich) Go dad~!
