Cab Driver

A mother and daughter were riding in a cab though New York City daughter noticed some scantily clad women loitering on a street "Mommy," the little girl asked, "what are all those ladies doing?"

"They're waiting for their husbands to come home from work." the mother answered.

"C'mon lady, they're hookers!" retorted the cab driver.

After a stunned silence, the daughter asked, "Mommy, do hookers have children?"

"Of course," the mother replied, "where do you think cabbies come from?"

Boy, that's a 'gotcha' if I ever heard one !

Yep.after I posted this I all of a sudden remembered that I drove a cab for a while long time ago.Then I remembered Debi said something about driving a cab once.Probably lots of us drove a cab.

No offense meant to anyone,it's only a joke but if I get hollered at by anyone I will delete it. .

Oh Frank, it's a good joke and if anyone takes offense I think it'll be their problem.........after all we're not going to hold it against you that you once drove a cab!!!!!!!! Ha!

Hey Frank.....the 'gotcha' was meant for the cab driver after his remark about hookers. Didn't mean I thought cab drivers would take offense. I thought it was a good 'gotcha'....meaning 'quick thinking' with a good comeback!!!!

However, please keep in mind that my mother still lives in NY and if she starts out in the morning, she should arrive to your home in the afternoon...
