Guest jjfell Posted March 8, 2006 Share Posted March 8, 2006 I am a 56 year old 4 year lung cancer survivor. I have just found your site. The news about Dana Reeve has been hard for me. I fear the cancer coming back. They removed 2 lobes of my right lung, having found my cancer in the very early stage. I know I was lucky. It is good to be able to hear other stories of survival. I know how you feel about being afraid - even though I know that I was lucky to have been caught early - I still have days sometimes where my fears threaten to swallow me whole. As you know, it gets easier as time goes on but it doesn't take much to trigger anxieties. I'm glad you found us and hope you keep posting!!
