christymanchac Posted April 24, 2006 Share Posted April 24, 2006 I wanted to give an update on how my dad is doing after his second round of chemo. He has not gotten sick but he is so tired. His attitude seemed to improve greatly last night when I shared Carol's story with him. Everything about her diagnosis and treatment is exactly the same as my dad's. After hearing her outcome he seemed to see some light at the end of the tunnel. I encouraged him to join some kind of support group so he could get some encouragement from others who are going through what he is. Again I thank all of you for your kind words and for sharing your story. I don't feel so hopeless anymore and I don't cry as much as before!!!
