Original tumor and lymph nodes are stable However, now visiable is a new mass measuring 2.9 x 1.5 in the right upper lobe medially. This is POSSIBLE recurrence and I say possible until we have our sit down with Alan's oncologist on Tuesday and he says for sure There were some issues with his brain MRI, but that is treatment related and not cancer related (draw backs of WBR) So I will post more on Wed after our appointment on Tuesday. EastCoastLadi Posted June 14, 2006 Share Posted June 14, 2006 Debbie, I know all too well about the unpredictability of small cell, my husbands' last pet showed his tumors had grown about 2-3x their size, but that there were no new spots...so I was confused as how to take it, I knew it wasn't good about the growth, but I also knew that no new areas arouse was very good! Please hang in there, also my husband had WBR and is due for an MRI soon, so I would be interested in knowing what's happening with Alan on that......I'm saying prayers for both of you....
