I just read this little blurb in a magazine and thought I would share it...

Recent lab studies show that phytochemicals in crnaberries help heal damaged lung tissue. Eight ounces of cranberry juice - or a handful of dried, sweetened cranberries daily provide the optimal benefit. The article reccommends enjoying a cranberry spritzer - a refreshing mix of 4 ounces cranberry juice, 1-1/2 ounces of white wine plus seltzer over ice.
