blaze100
Tonight, August 1 at 8pm Pacific time, the Research Channel 9400 on the satellite Dish Tv is showing a program from Stanford University about targeted therapy used in conjunction with conventional chemo and radiation. This program is primarily for colon cancer, it is an excellent overview of new cancer treatments at Stanford in general. If you can get it on your TV, it is very worthwhile program. blaze100
Again, the talk is specific to colon cancer the first 30 minutes but then becomes more general- and more interesting. It is worth wading through first 30 minutes. http://www.researchchannel.org/prog/dis ... p?rid=2645 When he talks about the growth in colon cancer research in the last 5 years, think how much lc research could also grow in 5 more years.
