tnmynatt Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 My dad finally has a dr. that wants to find out what's really going on in his lung other than the bacterial infection that he has (Mycobacterium avium complex). He has a nodule that had grown between CT scans done earlier this year. His PCP blew it off in May and said just come back in Nov. Now his infectious doc and pulmunologist want to pursue figuring out if it is LC. He will be having a CT tomorrow and meeting with the pulm. on Wed. for the results and a path forward. I tried to get them to ask about a PET scan. Please pray that the nodule has not changed or has gotten smaller. Thanks for your continued support and prayers. Take care.
