tnmynatt Posted September 13, 2006 Share Posted September 13, 2006 Haven't updated because I really don't have much to say definitively. Thanks for the nudge, Andrea, to update everyone. They still don't know what to think about my dad's nodules. There are many of them and many with SUVs around 7 - 8. I had Charlie's pulm. look at the PET/CT report and he thinks it is probably all MAC (bacterial infection). My dad's pulm. thinks it is very likely the MAC, also. However, my dad's infectious dr. is concerned because the nodules have grown and recommended he have a bronch and try to biopsy something. My dad is going back to his pulm. dr. next week to discuss. In the meantime, my parents are looking at moving to a smaller house/condo closer to my brother. Things are very uncertain.... Take care.
