I had a doctor's appointment on Thursday. The office had just received their shipment of flu vaccine so I ended up with a shot I hadn't planned on (needles, ACK!).

Call and make an appointment, get innoculated. Flu season is rapidly heading our way and NO ONE wants to expose a cancer patient to the nasties. If you have reduced lung capacity, you surely don't want a respiratory disease.

By the way, this year, the serum burns. Didn't burn last year when I had my shot, but it did this year and the year before last. It's Sunday and my arm is STILL sore.
