Going for scans

Sharon, Let's pray for more good reports! Waiting is tough. I learned that the physical examination is of most importance. Doc has always said, You aren't acting the part. In other words, spots have shown up and remained unchanged or disappeared altogether and during that time, nothing physically happened(no fever,lethargy ect.) I guess what I am trying to say is, if you are not showing changes physically, you are already "one up" on the scan. I had a couple of new mets show up on a brain scan a while back. I wasn't showing any symptoms of new mets, so the Doc ordered a redo of the brain scan and it showed no new mets at all. Of course when I first heard of the possible new mets, I started feeling weird symptoms like they were confirmed mets. Your mind (literally) can play tricks on you in some instances. Keeping you in our prayers.
